So, Swindon Town have rejected a €2.5million bid from a Turkish club for Australian midfielder Massimo Luongo. The offer from the unnamed Super Lig outfit, which equates to £1.9million, would be a club record receipt, however the bid has been ‘quickly rebuffed’ by Lee Power. Having no Swindon game last Saturday was a bit disappointing, but boy it had a happy ending. The rescheduled fixture at the Ricoh Area brought one of the Town’s most memorable performances in what is already a memorable season.
