As part of our ‘Support the Future, Support the Present’ day, we travelled to Stanley Park Football Ground in Chippenham to watch Swindon Town u18s versus AFC Bournemouth u18s.
Ron Smith is joined at HT and FT by Sam Morshead, Daniel Hunt and Adam Tanner to review the Town’s youth system and the match.
The game finished as a 2-3 defeat for Swindon. Town were 0-3 down at half time and recovered some pride with goals from Josh Cooke and Amir Gied. At the final whistle Will Randall and Lee Marshall were both sent off, seemingly for dissent.
