Near Signing – Town Dismiss Alan Gow’s New Wage Demands

Is Alan Gow a central defender I hear you cry? No he isn’t. Town were widely regarded by supporters to bring in an experienced centre back to replace the now irreplaceable Gordon Greer. Yet, Alan Gow is a 27 year old Scottish forward, who was released from fellow League One team Plymouth Argyle earlier this summer. Alan made 14 appearances scoring 2 goals in

Town v Brighton: Early Days…

There’s me only a few days ago posting my league predictions… Swindon to finish 3rd I triumphantly stated! However the Wembley hangover continued. I was very pleased to see JP McGovern’s excellent season recognised with his 2nd place in

Player of the Year?

The Swindon Advertiser Player of the Year voting closed Thursday night, my vote being cast and awaiting the result at the Brentford game on Saturday, I’d thought I’d share my thoughts on who I think deserves to win the coverted title. For once it has been a tough decision. The team have largely performed so well over the course of
