The winner of TheWashbag.com Swindon Town Player of the Month for January is Matt Ritchie – who polled 31% of your vote.

Ritchie had a solid month, in which he scored three goals and was instrumental in our victory over Wigan and four League Two wins. Most importantly he’s a Swindon player for the rest of the season, following AFC Bournemouth’s failed bid for the winger.

Runner-up was Alan McCormack with 18%, followed by Paul Caddis just behind in third with 17%.
