After a shaky start in hosting his first podcast (it is more difficult than you think..) Ron Smith is joined by Sam Morshead – chief sports writer at the Swindon Advertiser – and Steve Mytton – Town fan and Trust STFC board member.
The three review the 4-1 win over Crewe Alexandra which has sent Town back into contention for the play-offs; the potential of new investment through Lee Power’s involvement with Jed McCrory; and a look ahead to the final two games of the season versus Stevenage and Scunthorpe United, plus the final question ‘Does Simon Ferry wear chicken shorts?’
I’m still experimenting with the sound levels so please bear with me while I sort these, get everyone sitting in the correct position, not leaning too far towards the mic and learning how to use this new microphone to it’s full potential…

Guys this was another great podcast. With so many stories flying around its good to hear
your views and get a better understanding of whats going on. I do think you should try and link up with the Trust. Their website needs serious work and this needs promoting big time –
with so many fans joining over the months. Keep up the great work, it’s going to be an interesting couple of of months!!!!!

Hi Stu, thanks for the comment. It was great to record another podcast and I’m really grateful that Sam @ Adver can spare the time and get involved as his insight is essential in giving us supporters a view on the inner workings of McCrory & Co.
As for the Trust, I certainly see that this site will be used a little more in the future to promote the work of the Trust and their activities…
